33 Weeks Old!

Bryant was 33 weeks old on Sunday!  I am a little late posting this...however, I did actually take the picture on Sunday while we were in Connecticut!  I remembered to take his teddy bear and everything! :)  Other news...  Bryant took his first real big boy bath!  Look at how cute he is!  He LOVED it!  He was able to splash a lot!!

Also, we are currently in the phase (which this phase may last a while) where everything is a jungle gym.  It started with him pulling up on and climbing me, and it has now moved to any object you can think of.  Sofa...bottled water...etc. etc....  He is having so much fun climbing, but it definitely scares me because he has come extremely close to hitting his head on sharp corners a couple of times.  I'm not the kind of mom who doesn't let her kid ever fall, but I would prefer to at least get through the first year or two with no stitches or head wounds!! :)

As you can see from his smiling face, he is pretty proud of himself! :)

Until next time...

Bryant's First Plane Trip!!! ...to Connecticut!

Bryant and I have had a busy week!  As the title gives away, we went to Connecticut!  My sister Grace and her husband Jonathan just moved to Hamden, CT.  We flew up there Thursday and got back last night!  We had an AWESOME time!!  This was Bryant's first time to fly, and I think he did pretty good.  The flight up there he was perfect.  He played, took a 30 minute nap, and played some more.  However, on the flight back he didn't sleep at all and was a little fussy at times, all though he never actually cried.  I will say this, holding a squirming 18 pound baby for almost 3 hours straight is very tiring!! :)  But it was definitely worth it.  Here are some pictures from our airport/airplane experience! (FYI...this post is going to have tons of pictures!)

So excited about flying to see Aunt Grace & Uncle Jonathan!

Out like a light!!

While we were at Grace & Jonathan's we did TONS of fun things!  We just hung out at their place Thursday night, since Bryant and I had had a long trip.  Their house is so pretty!  And it is huge compared to their tiny apartment in NYC that they moved from.  Bryant really loved crawling around a new place! :)  On Friday we went to Yale University!  It is only about 5-10 minutes away from their house.  Even though it was raining, it was fun.  The campus was beautiful!!  We also went to this pizza place (apparently they are known for their pizza up there), and it was AMAZING!  Hands down best pizza I have ever had!

He loved playing with the heat vents on the floor!

Grace & Jonathan's house!  So pretty!
And so big!!
 Yale University's library.  Gorgeous!
 Yale University
Yale Law School (Bryant's future school since he is a genius!!)

We had a busy day Saturday.  We went to this farm called Bishops Orchards.  We picked apples and picked out a pumpkin and saw llamas and went to the farmers market.  It was SO much fun!!  We also made time to watch a little football later that afternoon/evening!

Loving the tractor ride!
I just love his face in this picture!

 Bryant picking an apple :)

Llamas!

 He LOVED the llamas!

 Seriously...how cute is he?!?!!

The pumpkins are as big as him!
Driving his first John Deere ;)

He loved getting to meet his Uncle Jonathan!

On Sunday Grace took me to see Quinnipiac University...where she is a Sociology professor!  It was a really pretty campus too.  Then we went to the beach and walked around...it is about 20 minutes from their house.  It was pretty!

There were a ton of shells on this one part of the beach!
 They were talking :)

So Pretty...you can't tell where the water ends and the sky begins!

As you can see we had an awesome time!!  I can't wait until we can go visit them again!  However, I definitely am glad to be home...and Bryant is too!  We missed Josh a lot! :)

Until next time...

32 Weeks Old!

Bryant was 32 weeks old yesterday!  I definitely had more trouble than ever getting his teddy bear picture.  He is just into everything that I could not get him to leave the bear alone and sit still.  I finally did for a split second and got the above pick, however, below are some of the ones prior to it.  They are cute/funny!

I took Bryant to the park this past Friday and let him swing for the first time.  Josh and I had tried to take him several months ago, but it was too hot and the swings would have burned him.  But Friday's weather was absolutely perfect for the park, and we had a great time.  He really liked the swing!  I think it must have been very relaxing because he seriously looked like he could fall asleep! :)

There are two more pictures I want to share.  I think they are so sweet!  Bryant definitely loves his daddy!

Until next time...
