More Fall Festivals!!!

We have really been taking advantage of all the fall festivals this year.  And why not?…It's free entertainment! ;)  On Saturday we went to the Alabaster City Fall Festival with our friends Ashley and Ella Kate.  We had a good time.  We mainly just walked around a lot!  There was a cute trick or treat trail set up and some bouncy houses.  Although neither Bryant nor Ella wanted to get in the bouncy houses…go figure!  But they still had fun because they got to eat popcorn and run around.  Oh, and they rode a hayride.  It was a beautiful day, so it was good to be outside.  On Sunday Josh and I took the kids to the FBC Pelham Fall Festival.  This is the one we took Bryant to last year.  We met our friends Justin and Lauren and their little girl Harper there.  It was tons of fun!  Bryant bounced in the bouncy house forever and he also trunk or treated and did a few carnival games.  We also ate hot dogs and popcorn and corn on the cob.  Yummy! :)  And lastly, I took the kids to the FBC Alabaster Fall Festival last night.  It was crazy!  I think it would have been fun if it had not been sooo crowded.  Bryant was only able to play a few carnival games and eat popcorn.  He didn't even want to bounce because there were way too many kids in there.  Oh well!  Bryant still told me "Mommy, I had so much fun at the fall festival."  Precious kiddo!  Below are pictures from our fall fun!

Fall Festivities!!

We have had several fun Fall Festival/Halloween events this week.  Yesterday we went to the Fall Festival at a church here in Alabaster.  We went with all of our friends, and it was lots of fun.  Bryant got to bounce in bouncy houses, ride a pony, and go on a hayride.  He had so much fun doing all of these things with his friends.  Big Al came to the event, and I wanted to get our picture taken with him, but turns out Bryant is terrified of Big Al.  I got a picture, but at the expense of him screaming crying! Ha!  After we got done at the festival we all came to our house to do a mini birthday celebration for Ella!  She is about to be 4, and we couldn't let that happen without having a little party for her.  It was low key and fun!  We made individual pizzas and had cupcakes.  Today we went to a Halloween event at the Arc of Shelby County.  The kids wore their costumes to this event.  This Halloween Bryant is an Alabama football player and Taylor is an Alabama cheerleader.  They are super cute.  The event today was fun.  They got to color pumpkins, listen to a pumpkin story, sing a few songs, and go trick or treating throughout the office.  Bryant racked up on some fun goodies!  Afterwards Bryant's friend Evelyn (my friend Becky) came over to play for a little while.  It was a fun day!  Below are several pictures, including Taylor's 25 week picture from this past Wednesday.

Grand Ole Pumpkin Patch

Josh and I took the kids to the Grand Ole Pumpkin Patch in Clanton, AL today.  It was tons of fun!  Taylor of course was too little to do much, but she did have fun just being outside.  As for Bryant, he had a blast!  He played in the inflatables for a long time.  One of the slides was so steep that I went up and rode it with him.  So I guess we both enjoyed the different inflatables. ;)  Bryant and Josh went into the Petting Zoo and got to feed different animals.  Bryant also got to ride a horse!  And lastly, we rode a tractor wagon out to the pumpkin patch and Bryant picked out a pumpkin.  It was so much fun to get to spend time as a family!  The only other excitement we've had is going to dinner with some friends this weekend.  We are so blessed to have so many close friends with kids around Bryant's age.  So dinners out are nice because the kids entertain each other and the adults get to talk some. :)  Anyway, that's all for now, below are tons of pictures!
