Fourth of July and more!!

We had a really fun 4th of July.  We went down to Lake Martin with our friends the Broach's.  We swam, ate, and rode on the boat.  I believe both the kids and adults had a great time!  And it was perfect weather!  Then on Saturday we grilled out with some friends.  That was fun too.  It was a nice 3-day weekend.  Last Wednesday-Friday the kids and I went down to Opelika to hang out with my parents.  Josh was going to be gone for manager's meetings, so it was perfect.  We had a blast as always.  We didn't do a whole lot, just hung out and played.  Bryant and Taylor love playing with their Jojo and Pops…especially Pops! :)  Then this past Saturday Josh served all day with our church for their annual serve day, and the kids and I went to a birthday party.  Our friend Ella Kate turned 3!  She had her party at a gymnastics place, and it was so much fun.  Taylor had fun, but Bryant especially did.  He LOVED it!  They bounced, did an obstacle course, jumped into a foam pit, ziplined, and got to play on the rings and bars.  It really was great.  That's it for us for now!  Below are pics.

Anniversary, Birthday Party, T-ball Game, etc...

We've had a pretty good week.  Last Friday was mine and Josh's 5 year anniversary.  We didn't do anything too fancy, but we did go out to dinner at a nice restaurant and he had some beautiful roses delivered.  It was very nice.  On Saturday we went to Bryant's friend Jacob's 3rd birthday party.  Both kids had lots of fun!  On Sunday Josh and Bryant went to the golf course to play 9 holes.  It was SO hot, but Bryant didn't care, he loves his golf.  Tuesday night we had Bryant's first T-ball game.  He had so much fun.  It was really fun to watch.  Every kid would run after the ball wherever it was hit.  They actually fought over it a few times.  I guess they don't quite understand the concept yet. ;)  But, like I said, Bryant had a blast, and at the age of 3 that's all I really care about.  Then today I took the kids to the McWane Center.  Bryant had been asking to go back almost every day since we went two weeks ago!  So we went, and they both had a blast!  Below are pictures from our week.
