North Carolina Trip and 36 Weeks!

Above is Bryant's 36 week picture!  As you can tell, I didn't take it in his normal spot.  That is because we were in North Carolina visiting my sister Shelley and her family!  We had SO much fun!!  We flew up Friday and got back yesterday afternoon.  While we were there we really just did a lot of hanging out.  However, a couple of special things we did were: went to Tyler's best friend's 4th birthday party, went to Uncle Dennis's (Shawn's brother) softball game, and went to Chick-fil-a!  All of those things were super fun!  Also Tyler (who is almost 4) and Bryant had fun playing.  It was so cute watching Tyler interact with Bryant.  And Bryant really enjoyed just watching everything his older cousin could do!  In addition, I had lots of fun getting to hang out with my sister and brother-in-law!  Below are lots of pictures from our trip!  As you'll be able to see, we had a great time!!!

P.S. ...my sister is expecting a little girl on March 4th, and as you can see from the pictures, you can't even tell she is pregnant!  Aaahhh...must be nice not to balloon up super early! ;)

Why does my 8 month old look as big as Tyler...who is almost 4!?!??

We're leaving on a jet plane...again!

Bryant and I are leaving for North Carolina tomorrow!  I am so excited!  We are flying up to see my sister Shelley and her family.  It should be lots of fun!  However, after the second flight experience coming back from Grace's last month I am a little nervous.  Hopefully Bryant will be good.  We have an hour flight to Memphis, and then a 2 hour flight to Raleigh.  If you think about it, say a prayer for us!  I'll post all about it once we get back next Monday! :)  In the meantime here are some adorable pictures of Bryant from the past couple of days!  Enjoy!!

He just sat down and stared at the door after Josh left for work.
"Please don't make me take a nap..."
Sampson had to go check on him
And of course I gave in and picked him up...and he fell asleep in my arms :)
Everything is a jungle gym to him
 LOVES his new toy!

Until next time...

35 Weeks Old!

Bryant was 35 weeks old on Sunday.  It's hard to believe my baby is already an 8 month old!  He is super cute at this stage!  He has mastered sitting up (he actually has for a couple of weeks now), so he will just crawl and crawl and then stop and sit up...then crawl some more!  He pretty much always wants to be wherever I am, but he does play on his on some.  He has learned how to actually play with some of his bigger boy toys, not just chew on them!  It's so fun to just sit and watch him figure out how something works.  He is getting smarter every day! :)  We haven't had much going on the past couple of days, just the usual.  I will include several cute pictures I've captured though, but first, I am going to share a video.  It is precious, and shows that Bryant is definitely ticklish!! :)

I'm not sure he actually swallowed any of the green beans!
 Such a good helper! :)

Josh's Birthday...and Jama visits!

Sorry I haven't posted all week, but it has been busy!!  Josh's mom (aka Jama) has been here visiting all week.  We have had lots of fun!  Bryant and her have played and played and played!  And I had the opportunity to run around town doing some things without a baby attached to me! :)  Friday was Josh's birthday, so we celebrated it a little on Thursday night.  Did presents and grilled steaks!  Yum!!  Then on Saturday we went to the UAB vs. Mississippi State game.  It was fun, but we lost.  That night I threw a surprise party for Josh with several of our friends!  It turned out great!  Josh was surprised, and we had lots of fun just hanging out and watching football!  All in all it has been an AWESOME week!  Below are a TON of pictures documenting the week.  Bryant is of course cute in all of them! ;)

34 Weeks Old!

Bryant is another week older!  He looks so big in his picture.  I guess he is actually that big.  Man, time needs to slow down!  I tell yall what, I am loving every minute of being this boy's mama!  It is the best job ever!!  This week and weekend we have just been hanging out.  We went to the park a couple of times with different friends.  That was super fun, and the weather was amazing!!  We also had a few friends come over.  Wednesday night my good friend Natalie came over and hung out with us!  Then this weekend my friends Sara, Ashley, and Rebecca came over to hang out with us!  Bryant definitely has had LOTS of fun!  Below are some pictures of him from the past several days!
