We have had a fun/not so fun week. It was fun for several reasons. First, Jama was here! She came to visit from Monday-Friday. Both kids enjoyed her company…but Bryant especially had fun with her. Also this past week Bryant started Playschool III (aka preschool). He has so much fun playing with his school friends. It was so cute because when I picked him up the first day, I asked who all he had played with and he said…"Carter and Carter…Mommy I have TWO Carters". And now whenever he starts naming his school friends he says "I have two Carters". It's pretty freakin adorable! Also, our sweet puppy dog, and the inspiration for the blog name, turned 9 last week. I have had Sam since he was 5 weeks old…it's crazy that he is 9 now. He still seems like a puppy. That's good though because that means he'll live until he's at least 20…right? On a not so fun note, both kids have been sick. They have both just had colds. Bryant was sick first, and then he so kindly gave it to Taylor. She started feeling bad last Friday. Unfortunately she has gotten a lot worse, so I finally took her to the doctor this morning. And sure enough, poor girl has an ear infection. :( I'm hoping the medicine they gave her kicks in quickly, because she is pretty miserable. Anyway, below are several pictures from our week.
First Day of School!!
In the hallway of his school…of course I couldn't get him to actually look at the camera!
Taylor's 18 Week Old Picture!
Bryant has wanted to hold her A LOT this week…no wonder she got sick too. ;)
Sweet puppy, he does not look 9!
Bryant's ready to celebrate Sam's birthday!
Sam's birthday meal…cheeseburger, potato, and a cupcake!
He's ready for it...
YUMMY!
Bryant enjoyed his cupcake too.
Taylor enjoyed watching. :)
Sleeping Beauty
Little girl not feeling the best.
They were being silly together.
Cutie Pies! (and I did not pose this…Bryant was just copying whatever Taylor did :) )
I am so glad Bryant loves her so much.
Sweet girl…it breaks my heart to see her sick.
Until next time…
Heather
