Bryant is 17 weeks old today! In his picture he looks bigger than he actually is because he is kind of slouched over. Although he definitely is growing! There are a couple of new things he is doing that I've noticed. First, when he smiles now he sticks out his tongue. I guess he has just learned how to do this, so he sticks it out a good bit. It's funny. Also, he has started sucking on his lower lip. He will fold it into his mouth and suck on it. Not sure why... It makes a weird noise though! And lastly he has really started to try to sit up. He is getting closer and closer. He will be lying on his back or reclined in his bouncy seat and he will strain to pull up his head and neck. A few times he has actually gotten kind of frustrated that he hasn't been able to. It won't be long though!
Above is a picture of me and Bryant ready to go to church. It was a big day, we actually took Bryant to the church nursery! It was the first time we had ever done that, and I have to admit it was nice. The people who kept him were really sweet and talked about what a good baby he was...and also that he was a great cuddler, which I already knew! :) I have to admit, I am pretty proud of myself this week. I moved Bryant into his own room and left him with complete strangers in the nursery at church! I am slowly but surely letting Bryant grow up! :)
