Our Valentine's Date!

Above is an extremely delicious cookie cake that I bought Josh and wrote on for Valentine's Day.  He loves cookie cake!  However, don't bother asking Josh if it was good because I ended up eating about 4/5 of it!!  Oh well, it was the thought that counts...right?  So on Valentine's Day Josh told me the following: "I went to Jared!" Well, knowing myself and my husband I was confused...  There was no way he had actually bought me jewelry, and I was right.  He then said "I went to Jared Mattioli!".  He thought he was so cute, and it kind of was.  So, Jared Mattioli and his wife Liz are good friends of ours, and they kept Bryant on Wednesday (the day after Valentine's) so that Josh and I could go on a date!  It was SO fun!!  For our date we went bowling and ate Mexican!  Two things that I enjoy, but Josh does not!  So he was so sweet to take me to do those things!  We had a great time!  Below are a few pictures from the bowling part of our date!

Other than our date, we have been pretty low key.  Bryant started not feeling well AGAIN on Thursday.  I think he had a stomach bug because he was having some yucky stuff from both ends!  It wasn't constant, but it definitely wasn't normal and you could tell he didn't feel good.  Then I woke up to the sound of Josh sick in the middle of the night Friday!!  So, I definitely think it was some contagious stomach thing.  I am lucky and haven't thrown up, but I have felt extremely nauseated all day...  Hopefully that will be the extent of it for me though!  Anyway, because everyone has been sick again we have once again been hanging out at the house.  I hope tomorrow we all feel good, and we can go to the park!!  Or at least get out of the house somewhere!!!  However, I of course do still have some new pictures of the little man.  He is super cute in them, as always!  Enjoy!

One last thing I wanted to share.  As my last post shared, my sister had her little girl on Tuesday.  Well, as a lot of you know, Addie had some heart problems in utero, so she was in the cardiology pediatric ICU at Duke Medical Center after she was born.  Well, PRAISE THE LORD, her heart is working great!!  In fact, everything could not have been/gone better, and she actually gets to go home tomorrow!!  YAY!!!!  So, I decided I'd share another precious picture of Addie!
