Happy Easter!

Happy Easter to everyone!  We are having a wonderful Easter here at the Lee household.  We went to church this morning and celebrated this wonderful day.  There is nothing like celebrating our risen Savior!  I just love this time of year.  Then when we got home from church the Easter bunny came by.  Yes, he was running a little late getting to our house...but better late than never! :)  This year the Easter bunny was on a very tight budget, so there was not much to the baskets.  However, Bryant and Josh both really seemed to like them.  Below are some pictures.

Bryant's basket (bubble wand, cd, sidewalk chalk, crayons, & a coloring book)
 Josh's basket (Reese's peanut butter eggs...his FAVORITE)
 Checking it out...

He really liked his coloring book
He was reading the directions on how to use his bubble wand ;)
Josh really liked his basket too! :)

His cute bubble Easter outfit was from his Jama

I hope to take Bryant in the next day or two somewhere to take some cute Easter pictures.  I will post them once that happens. :)  On another note, we had a really fun time last night.  We went over to our friends Courtney & Scott's house.  Our good friend Leanne was in town visiting, so we got together and cooked out.  Bryant had a blast!  Courtney & Scott have two goldendoodles, Boomer and Maggie, that he got to meet and play with.  And Leanne has a dog, Bailey, that he got to play with.  He loved it!  And Josh and I had a great time too.  It's always so fun to get together with friends.  Below are some pictures capturing the night.

The puppies (they are only 5 months old...but so big) really wanted in

Other than that we have just been doing the same old same old.  We did have one bad incident that happened this past Thursday.  Poor Bryant was playing and fell and hit his chin/mouth on the coffee table.  There was lots of blood and crying.  It was awful.  Bryant handled it like such a champ though.  He cried for a little bit and then he was fine.  I on the other hand was upset all day about it.  Oh motherhood, how it tugs at your heart!  Below are a few pictures of his fat lip. :(

This was the day it happened

This was the next morning...still swollen and yucky

Well, I guess that is all for now.  Below is one more picture I think is super cute of Bryant.  I'll give you one guess what he is playing with...his car of course! :)

Josh's foot wanted to make a cameo in the picture :)

Until next time...

Heather
