We've had a somewhat fun week! This past Saturday one of Bryant's best friends, Evelyn, turned three. So Bryant and I went to her birthday party and had lots of fun! That afternoon Josh took Bryant to play golf. And a little later that afternoon I ended up at the Pediatric After Hours Clinic with Taylor. We had a scary time with her this past week. She woke up Saturday morning and couldn't crawl anymore. It was almost like she didn't know how. She would just sit and cry if she wanted you. The on call nurse wanted us to be seen by a doctor that day, so we went. Physical tests, Hip Xrays, and Bloodwork all pointed to it just being a virus in her joints causing so much pain she couldn't crawl. We went home and that night Taylor ended up with a 103.5 fever. She continued running a high fever Sunday and not crawling. She started crawling a little on Monday, but with her left foot and pulling her right knee…and only a little. So we had to go back to the pediatrician on Monday, but ended up with the same results. It had a fancy name, but of course I don't remember it. By yesterday her fever had been gone for over 24 hours, and she started crawling normally again. Praise The Lord!! I of course was terrified it was something bad, so I am so glad she is all better. :) Other than that we went to the park with some friends on Wednesday and that's about it! Below are lots of pics.
Singing "Happy Birthday!"
The Birthday Girl!
Pinata!
Poor Taygirl had to have blood drawn from her arm. :(
He said, "Look mommy, I'm daddy!" :)
She was watching Bryant play basketball and clapping for him. So sweet!
She is a mess.
Loves golf!!
Still looking at where his ball was. :)
Park time with friends!
We had a minivan picnic because it was cold and windy at the park. :)
Until next time…
Heather
