Sam's Fam: Happy Easter, Luke & Ella Visit, T-Ball Games and more!!

Well, once again it's been about three weeks since my last post. One day I'll get back on top of things! We've had a lot of fun stuff going on the past several weeks. Baseball season officially kicked off with Opening Ceremonies on 3/21/15. Bryant had is first game that day and got to participate in the opening ceremonies. It was lots of fun! Since then we have had 2 baseball games every week. So lots of baseball park time. He absolutely loves it though, so it's worth it! The rest of that week we just had t-ball games, school, and played with friends one day! That next weekend we went to an Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday at a friend's house. A girl who is in my MOPS group at MOPS had an egg hunt at their house and invited us. It was lots of fun for everyone! The next week was SUPER DUPER exciting!! ;) Luke and Ella (and Emily) came to visit! We (a.k.a me) had been looking forward to their visit since we moved here. :) They came on Wednesday and left on Friday. I wish they could have stayed longer, but we will hopefully see them again soon. While they were here we did lots of fun stuff! On Wednesday night we went to an Easter Egg Hunt at the church Josh and I have been visiting, and where my MOPS group meets. Josh was able to make it, and we all had a good time! Then on Thursday we went to Pump it Up that morning and bounced out some energy! That afternoon we went up to Josh's work and took them on a tour of the facilities and let them run and play. Then that night we went to Zaxby's for Luke's birthday (he was turning 4 the next Sunday and that was his requested restaurant) and then celebrated with cupcakes at home. On Thursday we just hung around the house until lunch and then went to Chickfila before they had to leave. It was a great visit. We (a.k.a. me) had really missed them. That night Bryant had yet another t-ball game and afterwards we went with our friends the Hartley's to get pizza. On Saturday I took the kids to Sanford Stadium to watch the dawgs practice. I think they had a pretty good time. I learned that I will not be attempting to take all three of them to any football games by myself! ;) That night we went to a get together that one of the other coaches was having in their neighborhood. We had a really good time, and Bryant even got to dye some eggs while we were there! Of course Sunday was Easter, and we celebrated our Savior's Resurrection by going to church and then having family time the rest of the day. It was great! This week is Spring Break for our county, so the kids have not had preschool. We have been lazy some and also hung out with friends some. We went over to my friend Jessica's house (they have Tucker, Tenley, and Teagan who are similar ages to our kids and her husband works with Josh) to play on Tuesday. Yesterday we met them at Chickfila for lunch and then took all the kids up to UGA so they could see their daddies and play. It was fun! Whew…I guess that's a good overview of the last 3 weeks.
