We have had a fun, busy couple of weeks. A few weeks ago Bryant got to go to his first golf camp. It was for 3 days and he absolutely loved it. No shock there! He said he wanted to go to golf camp every week!! And although that couldn't happen, I was able to sign him up for an 8-week golf lesson session. He had his first one this past week and once again had a blast. The boy loves his golf. :) Also a few weeks ago, right after golf camp ended, the older two kiddos started preschool. Bryant is going 4 days a week, and Taylor is going 2. So far the past two weeks have gone great and they have absolutely loved it. The only negative is Taylor cries on the days that brother gets to go but she doesn't. It makes me wish she could go every day he does…but oh well, I just put up with the temporary sadness and then enjoy my extra time with her. Another super exciting thing we have done since my last post is potty trained! Woohoo!! We now only have one child in diapers! Taylor has been showing signs of readiness for awhile now, but I've put it off because I didn't want to deal with it. But finally, I gave in and did it. She was pretty easy to potty train. We had a few more accidents then Bryant did, but I think all in all it went great. And I am so glad to have it done! Just a few more things we've done…let's see... Taylor started gymnastics last week and she had a great time! The coach, who happened to be the owner, said she was a natural. I wasn't surprised since she climbs on everything!! The coach said she can probably just move up to the 3-4 age class soon and then I won't have to participate with her. Which would be great since I've got the other two kiddos. We also went to the Georgia scrimmage last Saturday at the stadium. It was a closed practice, but several wives and their kids were there so it was lots of fun. Other than that we've just played with friends and enjoyed getting back into a semi-routine. :) Below are lots of pictures.
Golf Camp!
My boy the golfer.
Working on his chipping.
First day of 4K.
First day of 2-year Old class.
When did they get so big? ;(
She's such a silly little thing.
Somebody got into my mascara and thought she looked beautiful!
Sweet boy can crawl backwards, but not forwards. Thus this happens a lot.
Taylor saw me taking Thomas's picture, so she had to do it too. Ha!
Great form Thomas. Great form. Give me 10 more!
We had several rainy days in a row…so of course we had to do this!
Sleepy girl
The pirate and the princess.
Typical Taylor
Kiddos with sweet friends at the scrimmage.
Eating lunch outside is so much more fun than eating it inside.
If I try to put her in bed to nap she's not tired, yet she'll pass out on the couch like this. Whatever works! P.S. I do not like how big she looks!
Until next time…
Heather
