Fun times with Pops!

We had a pretty fun weekend.  My dad was in town for some Continuing Education classes (he's an optometrist), so we got to spend some time with him.  Bryant really loves his Pops because he is silly and will play with him constantly!  It's sad when a 59 year old man has more energy than you. :)  Anyway, like I said we all had fun playing and hanging out with Pops.  Then Sunday afternoon we took Bryant to the park with some friends.  He had fun playing,  and we had fun hanging out with friends.  Below are some pictures of Bryant from the end of last week, and then this weekend.

 He loves his puppy
And loves messing with his puppy

The next several pictures are of Bryant in his towel.  We let him play in the sprinkler again, and this time I wrapped him up in his new towel.  How cute is it?!?

 He's a whale!

Now for a few of SEVERAL takes of trying to get a picture of Bryant and Pops.

Bryant took his shoes to Pops in hopes that even though it was bedtime Pops would let him go walking outside :)
Good picture…if only Bryant were looking at the camera
This was his response to me telling him to stop fake smiling :)
 Pretty good one!

Saturday night my dad took us out to dinner.  We went to Texas Roadhouse and had to wait for about 45 minutes.  Well, while we waited Bryant not only made friends with some other kids waiting, but he also had lots of fun playing in the rockbed.  He was being really cute.

Rocks are so fun :)

And a couple more pictures containing Bryant's favorite things: books and pacis!

He carries his books around with him all the time
He is so talented, he can read upside down!
He was reading out loud to me in this picture
 My precious boy!!
I can't tell…do you think he likes his pacis?

Okay, so I have to share one more thing.  Bryant is starting to add words to his vocabulary.  He has recently started saying "ball".  He says it so cute.  And now today he has started saying another word.  I'm actually a little jealous of this, but he now says Josh's name.  I was yelling for Josh when we got home from the grocery store because I couldn't find him, well the next thing I know Bryant is copying me and yelling "Tosh, Tosh".  Then he did it again tonight and Josh actually got to hear him.  It is absolutely adorable!! :)  Anyway, that's all for now!

Until next time…

Heather
